Hi . I checked the holding companies which are listed in stock market. Most are at par to their book value or slightly less. But the more than five times book value definitely offers value. There is definitely some money here. Great discovery and analysis ,as usual by Vivek Bhai.

As per me the valuation is not correct as most Bajaj group of companies of which shares are held by MSL seem inflated and expensive right now. So MSL will obviously look cheaper.

Hello Vivek bhai , I came across your channel by default, 2-3 months back and find your analysis very practical and useful. I am going through all your previous videos. I know nobody knows the highs or the bottom and I am not even one percent critical of your analysis. I find it one hundred percent correct. My question at this juncture is that one year back, your analysis was based when the majority stake of bajaj finance and finserve valuation Was at it's peak (60-70%)whereas now it is at it's lows. So does this fact changes anything or simply it will take a little bit longer. Appreciate your input. Thanks

Maharashtra scooters is again owned at 51% by Bajaj holdings, Is it due to holding company owned by another holding company discount where the Bajaj holding is already the main owner of all Bajaj companies and owning all through Maharashtra scooters as well.

Quick query here.
You have made all the calculation based on "Market Capitalization" of Bajaj companies. Shouldn't we need to apply the same formula on book value rather than market value ?
As per your current calculation, "Maharashtra Scooter" is holding stocks of Bajaj companies that is worth of "25,196 cr". But that might change drastically if the market sentiments goes negative.
So, if we apply the same formula on book value then the value goes to "211.06 cr".
do u really think with a big brand value any stock can trade at BV?
@@sibabratabhowmick944 Absolutely no, I have doubt on calculating the fundamental on market cap of other companies. I think calculation should be done on total cash balance and assets.
