@tradingwithvivek , Vivek ji, The loss of revenue is due to two major factors. Loss of 380 crores, mostly pertaining to the COVID sales which happened last year but not this year, also one of their largest products, Micafungin, which they had the initial exclusivity, it went down from 440 cr to 65 cr so total loss of around 375 cr, so these two were the major reasons. Their plant renovation cost them 20 cr only.
I have never seen any analyst analysing a stock with such depth ever...Great Work & Great Learning For Ur Followers....👌👍

Another alarming point which he didn't point out is, Morgan Stanley cut down the price target of Grand Pharma to equalweight from its earlier overweight rating with a price target of Rs 1,035 per share. It also lowered rhe EPS target for this and next financial years significantly.If the company is really expanding why the EPS will Fall down in medium term??Any explanation would be helpful for common investors.
I have seen in many cases, these Morgan type brokerage firms, first underestimate company and after a good downfall buys a handsome percentage of shares in that companies. So I really don’t trust these recommendations.

Hello Bhai, ek doubt... To avoid any capital locking Don't you think we should wait for Stock to come in HH-HL structure ? Reason?
This results are of Q4fy23 means December 22 to March 23, that was already factored in 1350 prices range but yesterday minus -20% lower circuit freeze knee jerk reactions.
Now we are in May23 means of Q1 fy24 one and half months passed in July23 or August23 when we see next result it will also have europes cenaxi company sales and profit included in it's total in future. So always grab good companies in their bad results time.
It's now almost 80% down from Top.

Vivek Bhai, They have not disclosed US company name in Investor representation and also not in Concall. Looking at management reluctance to give any revival plan in all poor category. Business model looks strong but management looks poor. In concall it looks management doesn't have any idea and plan to revival so it really depressed me.

Stock doesn't become rocket 🚀 overtime. It takes time to take off. It will not make any difference if somebody will not buy it.

Why are you ignoring the details? How much percentage does that production line contribute vs the slow down in demand that point you completely ignored.?
That is already incorporated into Q3 results.
I agree that the consolidated revenue will go to 6000 Crores, even if the margin stays around 25 post acquisitions, it will be able to meet 1500 EBITDA and 1200 PAT. That is around 12 PE. Definitely overvalued stock previously but now it may trade at 18-20 PE after a year or so.
This will take time though, we need to wait for the completion of capacity expansion plan etc.
In a year, 50-60 % upside from 900 levels.
