    Get ready to ELEVATE! This workout uses dumbbells and a kettlebell to work your entire body for strength and cardio. Round 1 is back to basics strength. Round 2 we ELEVATE with compound moves for longer intervals. Round 3 is a quick bonus round! It’s over before you know it!

    Yay yay yay 25 minutes. Work out the best elevate is super super fun. I love 25 minute workouts. I do like 30 minutes workouts too but 25 minutes is ideal. Thank you so much Emmy.     I appreciated the modifications, this is my first full body workout all summer since healing a hip tendinitis. It’s mentally hard not to do weights, but I was “where I am today”❤

    Wow. This was fast and furious. 😅🔥❤️💪🏻 Starting with the back to basics lulled me into a false sense of security. 😂 Circuit 2 was fast and awesome. Love the format and intensity. I went heavy for a few and you were right. I was surprised when I did it. You never know until you try. This will be one I come back to when I’m looking for a quick , makes me feeling amazing workout. Happy Monday!

    I think I’m still alive! 😂 Damn! 25 mins flew and it was no joke. It pushed me harder than I thought. 💪🏻 But I love these 25 mins workouts. They are short, give you a good ass kicking, and still had enough time for lunch before going back to work 😅 Thank you Amy!!! Can’t wait to see the rest of the week. We got this 💪🏻 🏋️‍♀️

    What is the best videos of yours for losing baby weight around the stomach? I don’t have Diastasis recti. And I am 12 weeks postpardum. I am use to working out hard before during and after pregnancy!
