    I wonder if the prosecutors in the Pell case such as Mark Gibson and Kerri Judd even went to a baby barrister course on the presumption of innocence?
    And even if they did, were they so blinded by ambition and media hype that they forgot everything about the criminal law?

    The building existing or not in the future is a prediction, not a judgement. I respectfully disagree with the analogy.

    Hahaha ok. He forgot to include the word "but" when describing the prosecutorial juxtaposition. Why doesn't he just call it for what it is? A battle between two opponents both with the objective of winning at all costs.

      And wholly overlooks summary prosecutions run by the investigative body (police). These involve inherent conflicts.
