I have no idea why I'm watching this, I'm from Britain, however it's such a great presentation

I live in the U.S. and I watch one's from Britain and a couple other countries all the time cause it's interesting to me how laws in other countries are compared to ours. Lol Not all our cops and prosecutors are bad but we have a very serious problem with A LOT of them who are worse than the folks they arrest and never should have been an unarmed security guard much less law enforcement to begin with. Better know your rights and EXERCISE them over here.

It ended up being a new agent on the case and he didn’t have anything from the other agent who was originally on the case but they had some stuff just not all that they said . So they lied to the judge making it sound good knowing they wouldn’t see that judge again. They had like 20% of what they said they had

Do Feds give probation for Felony A crimes like first degree robbery and armed criminal action?my friend been on house arrest for 2 years first it was state, then it was picked up by the feds. He already admitted to the crime of the first degree robbery but the other guy is the person who had the gun so he trying to get the aca charged dropped but the courts is also rescheduling the courts a lot since last march. So he keep saying he hope he get probation but will the Feds give him probation for tht nd he feel he will get timed served bc he been on house arrest for 2 years

    • @Jessica-er6fr

@@PagePateAttorney Thanks for your response. So the only way it would be a summons and not an arrest is if the defense lawyer arranges it? Does that mean that any other time, it will be an arrest even if it's a misdemeanor and not a felony charge?

Could please answer these questions for me?
    1. In a federal case, which trial is better to have? An indictment? Or An information Processing ?.I will greatly appreciate any Attorney that can answer this for me. I have a son that is face federal charges. And out of the 11 charges they are charging him with, he committed only one. And there are lots of conflicted information in the prosecutor discovery or the complaints against my child. I greatly appreciate any help on this matter.
The charges are the state of Indianapolis IN.
    God bless and thanks.
