This home is stunning absolutely beautiful .And it’s a ranch. Toll Brothers is my favorite builder. But what the homeowners done with this home is priceless.The outdoor living is all of that for sure.I would pay 2.6 million for this home.Let’s not forget about the views WOW FANTASTIC 🙀🙀

I actually loved Summerlin South! It's the only area I've stayed in vegas actually very close to this gated community. It's nice, calm, developing like crazy and 11mins to anywhere! Redrock casino, the airport, the vegas strip 🤷♂️ couldn't imagine living in any other area there because of the commutes
I finished my 1.7M, Las Vegas, Toll Brothers home in February 2023 and let me tell you, their build quality is absolutely AWFUL!! They pick amazing locations for their neighborhoods and their floor plans are stellar but they should be ashamed of their build quality. Every home in my neighborhood has major issues (entire kitchens worth of cabinets needing to be replaced, entire homes needing to have their flooring replaced, rusted shower drains after 2 months of use, literally every wall is crooked, huge bulges in walls and ceilings, etc etc etc) And it is not just my neighborhood, I have three friends who built with Toll in Mesa Ridge and they are having all the same issues. Toll is overpriced garbage. Be prepared to fight with them for years after your build and get ready to spend a ton of additional money with a good contractor to fix their crap work.
I think Toll Brothers went up in that area, when they were building a few years back I feel like the model homes were no more than 1.7 million and they were a bit nicer. Inflation is CRAZY

Sadly, it's not. . Only "Gated". That's what makes the price tag a bit eye watering. But difficult to replicate those views.
