Good villa good price and good design all good. Jira is there a driveway for a car? I think there is but? I think anyone with friends or family would like it. Price is acceptable as the beach and town are so close. Nice pool!

When I go to Thailand I will rent from Jira, I know renting is best as my money is less out and maintenance is the owner's responsibility. I know it is nice to try different areas as you get bored after five months in the same place. I am sure Jira can find different areas to enjoy every six months. I live on Bali island and in 31 years developing here I have vacationed 53 times four-night trips to Singapore and 11 trips to Australia usually three or five weeks. You get tired of the same old place constantly. I have done six trips to Thailand staying at Sheratons taking day tours and night tours and after five-week vacations the hotels are boring. I start to miss home.
