No to be disrespectful, but the Catholic 'Church', or system rather, is a mixture of paganism and Christianity. Catholic doctrine also contradicts the Bible so often it's amazing that most people still think it's the truth. All it takes is simple research to find this out.
Man, Christianity have to adapt in Roman era or else they will not grow as a religion what it is right now. The Roman rite and pagan similarities have nothing against the bible because the point is Catholics don't worship pagan gods they worship God and rely on the teachings of Jesus Christ himself.

Just watched the whole movie... I don't know what it is exactly... but there's simply tremendous grace and dignity in this scene.
