I have a SAMSUNG A52s 5G phone but I have seen same issue
I can't use 5G services and at the top of phone I have seen LTE+ not 5G

Jio 5g working in nearby area then at home 5G working but after aeroplane mode 5G gone... 5G is unpredictable and may be a random register in a particular area then not catching the same... Like Punjab is nearby 3 km there 5G worked then came home with 5G network it was able to catch good speed but when I did aeroplane it vanish then no trick worked... Need to go again 3-4 km to Punjab for 5G to work but not able to surf 5G in chandigarh... Earlier 5G was working in chandigarh area... Now not able to surf it is random many people faced this... Tried registering manually 5G... Turn NR only mode... Switch off but 5G comes automatically by good grace

When i inside the home some time it shows 5g.
But when i was outside the house the 5g continue
