Thanks for posting these helpful explanations and wonderful interpretation, as usual ! What kind of pedalling would you suggest ? Without any pedalling it seems a bit dry but pedalling tends to blur the melody....

I dab the pedal here and there. It's hard to be specific about pedaling except to be guided by one's ear and through experimentation.
