When I was keeping tabs on the Kickstarter for this game when it was still going, I suggested in the comments to people to try using a lazy susan with the village idiot (ideally one that doesn't make any noise) to make it quicker and easier to do.
You can play only up to 7 people if Daybreak is the only version you have. If you combine it with the original one night ultimate werewolf, then you can go up to 10 players.
The revealer is awesome. The curator is kinda fun if the right tokens get played. The rest...meh. If I could just swap the Revealer for the Doppleganger, I would only ever play One Night Ultimate Werewolf and never use the Daybreak expansion. But that's just me.
That's the neat part, you don't. If your not using the Dream Wolf as fuel for the Alpha Wolf, and instead using the Dream Wolf raw, its job is to function as a Wolf that "sabotages" it's own team for a lack of a better word. If your solo Dream Wolf you don't know that and thus are not allowed to look in the center like a regular wolf can, and if you have a partner, they then half to find a way to reveal that to you with out letting the rest of the village know that they are a wolf.
Everyone's game preference is different. Some people like bluffing games, some people like RPG games, some people like card cames, some people like video games, some people like board games. Everyone's got a different preference to what they like to play.
You explained the bodyguard as the Prince. The bodyguard protects the person he votes for.
I think the Village idiot sounds really fun if you're playing with only 3 or 4 players, but it wouldn't be fun with a larger group ^^.
The bodyguard protects the person he votes for. The prince is himself protected.
Awesome. I see Imperial Assault on your shelf

Omg all the games in the back 😳
So when you say a larger group. Do you mean 6 people or more? :) i am getting this game soon, seems like alot of fun!
Haha i love the swed at the end of the video :D
Can play with more than 7? Like 10 ppl?

@@jacksonbrickmedia939how many wolves if you have 10 people?
I really liked this video, but the bodyguard doesn't protect himself, he protects whoever he voted for.

The witch is great thou. And the app. seer is awesome in low player numbers.
The Alpha Wolf can't swap with another wolf... it has to be a non-wolf character.
Really? I was watching a different TH-cam video and they did….but I don’t think the online game allows it…
@@shootausername Yeah, it sounds like that vid you saw just had them goof, or play it with house rules. (btw... Oof, I posted that 9 years ago! lol)
How do you know if there is only one wolf if your the dream wolf. Cause, of course, your eyes are closed. Can someone explain?

So many people want to play this terribly boring game. I just don't understand why.
It's not boring. You probably just like complicated games, while some people like simple yet deceptionist games. It's a matter of opinion.
I've played this game with a lot of people and everyone has loved it so maybe the problem is you.

Just because you find something boring does not make it automatically a fact that the game is boring to play.
