2022 Grumman Mallard Kimberley Safari

  • It's 2022, many years after P.G Taylor's dream of running flying boat expeditions had passed. But today, we are igniting that fire again, taking groups of people through the untouched Kimberley region of Western Australia on a journey in a classic flying boat, the Turboprop Grumman Mallard operated by Paspaley Aviation.
    Starting in Broome, the group travel to Kuri Bay Pearl Farm, Kimberley Coastal Camp, Berkeley River Lodge, and finishing their 5 night, 4 day safari in Darwin, Northern Territory.

    Awesome aircraft, thanks for sharing the video of this epic trip. Really pleased to these craft making a come back. Looking forward to seeing many more around Australia and the Islands.

    After all these years, the good ole Mallard is still earning her keep, I'll bet you guys will be inline for one of those new Turbine Albatross's that's gonna be built in Darwin
