- Check out the fishing action from Lake Mooney in Stafford, Virginia. Caught a bunch of bass finesse fishing with soft plastics. Bass were hitting the bait really soft, made it really challenging and fun. You will see a bass swimming at 10:46. How big do you think it is? Enjoy!!

The clear water is inviting HEAVY vegetation this time of year.

Ya it’s an excellent bass lake. Don’t pound the shoreline. Look for 6 to 10 feet of water. You will want to fish about 10 to 15 feet away from the shoreline. Best of luck!!
Have you ever been there in June? It seems your going to these lakes at the right time when the Bass are spawning! Where they on beds do you know? Thanks and cool video
Yes June is good lots of submerged structure. Just need to backoff the shoreline a bit. Glad you like the video, appreciate the support!
