I'm 63 years old and I'm retiring to the Greenville metro area before hurricane season sets in. Where I live in Broward county in Florida, it has become a concrete jungle, not fit for the quiet safe life I want. Sustainable growth in Florida by me is not possible, while the future for the Greenville metro area is off the charts good.
