Run the same trickler, its a perfect design, easy to empty after loading, I usually empty the tank back into the powder bottle with the tube facing up so it doesn't spill out of the tube, then pour out the remaining powder out of the tube, simple!
Good, For me as a rookie it would have been great to have a look inside and see how the pipe is fed with gunpowder, possibly also delivering some gunpowder onto a blank white paper to see the function in action, i.e. quantity delivered at various turning speeds. Also, the the thread inside the pipe seems to be the main thing that separates RCBS from other manufacturers, this is e.g. true about the RCBS Chargemaster lite scale and according to the tests I have seen, this is a huge sales point for the RCBS powder measuring products.
Yeah a good point. There is literally one 1/8th" or 3mm hole in the tube, feed by gravity once per revolution. This is the same setup on all the powder tricklers. Yes different powders feed differently. Perhaps I can do a second video.
My comment is 3 years after the video I just received my RCBS trickler today The extension tube is threaded inside to facilitate the powder movement I’m not sure when the feature was added The Lyman Brassmith also has a threaded tube
How well does this compare to the Frankford Arsenal trickler? I like the overall build and weight of the Frankford Arsenal trickler but cannot seem to find a comparison video on the actual function. 👊😎🇺🇸

Yeah same, I put my finger over the tube and dump the powder, then empty the tube. I never pull it apart.
