I say 1400. Prices are trending downward. The bike market crashed hard the past couple years. Mid drives are great but there is no reason they need be so expensive. It looks like more manufacturers are coming up with their own offerings to compete with Bafang in the budget space for mid drives.
Paying $2000 for a heybike is insane. At that price point go with velotric because they use very high quality components UL listed iso tested and ip rated waterproof.
Great review - nicely summarized and love the action shots on both dirt, grass, and pavement! Impressive technology all-around.
what city is this?
seems very bike friendly
Is there a shift sensor that causes a short delay when changing gears like on thr Ride1up?
Just get a Wired Freedom!! Full suspension 60v, 3300 watts, 2100 wh of batteries for $2000.
Aren't those just rear hub crap though?

So much praise on Reddit for mid drives. No thanks!!! Too much worry.i really enjoy my velotrics cadence and torque Sensors
That's cause once you go mid drive you realize everything hub is just crap.
@bensonr2 I disagree. If someone likes to use a throttle which allot of people do. It will tareup your bike parts
Need to see the price before judging. If they want it to be a good seller, make it $1999

How does this compare to the Wallke H9? My guess at the price is $2,299
I think the WALLKE H9 is superior!
$2,300
I'll guess $1899.
$2499! 71 pounds, no thanks.
That is cheap for a mid drive motor.
