For a single camera shot I usually use my iPad Pro from 2023. If I do multicam I use my old school iPad Pro from 2017 (I think), the 2023 iPad Pro, and sometimes an iPhone 14 Plus or an Akaso action cam. It gets complicated with multicam so I mostly do that for cooking videos.
