Gentle but effective workout. Feeling quite tight I followed this by your Post-Workout/Evening Stretch video. I'd love to see a combination of the two plus a stand-alone with seated/standing stretches for days when it's hard to get down on the floor.

I love the workout, although I have not done it yet. Working my way into doing these types of workouts that are easier on the body. Thank you for no squats or lunges. If we could get more of these types of workouts that would be wonderful!
