    Thank you for being transparent, I feel like I’ve been drawn to watch this. Im staying with my nephew at the moment and I kept putting off my fast until he went to Tokyo for a week and I’m like perfect timing. End results were amazing & got clarity on so many things! You’re doing amazing btw, love your content

    I struggle with inconsistent periods too. I haven’t been diagnosed with pcos but I do have symptoms. I started taking red raspberry root and goat’s milk powder (you can add it to a smoothie or whatever). And those have helped a lot! Also, when I started fasting and exercising more that helped to regulate my period/hormones. Loved this vlog! Felt like a ft ❤

      Yes!! The tea, and consistent routines/exercises def help so much. I actually started my period just a couple days after this, thank God! lol but thanks so much for watching girl ❤
