Hey exercise science student here! Try flexing your knees more, it looks like your over engaging your lower back. When I do RDLs. i think of sliding the bar/dumbbell down close to my shins to avoid just bringing the bar/dumbbell and overextending my lower back and it also helps maintaining more stability. Just wanted to give some tips as it's the worst having a lower back injury! also side note: great vlog as always!

Be careful not to overextend on hip thrusts and keep your core engaged on RDLs :)) love you girl

i think you’re good if you start off not with like extreme lifting, maybe like 3 times a week! i’m not a doctor lol but I started lifting at 13-14💕
Your back should not be arched when doing rdls it should be flat to avoid injury
