My cam is on top of my monitor and I got my keyboard between my monitor and me, so I'm sitting here like a normal person and my face tracking preview is SUPER TINY, like I'm super far away. I already told my webcam to zoom in on me (using Logitune software for a Logitech Webcam), which works for Discord, etc. but VUP just ignores that zoom. How did you get that tracking thingie so close to your face? I feel like tracking gets more accurate this way.
Hi Nykusu! That’s interesting. Mine is also on top of my monitor, I didn’t do anything special to make it appear closer. Have you tried any other webcam or program? You want to narrow it down to see if it was your camera or VUP itself
OH JUST FOUND SOMETHING OUT!!! Was bothering me for ages, came here thinking maybe this video would mention it... If you are having troubles to where you use a hotkey (say for an emoji or action or prop) and that hotkey only works after you've clicked on the display to select it, what you wanna do is go to "Shortcut Keys" and then under there in the top right corner you see where it says "Global shortcut"? There's a button next to that... If you toggle it on your hotkeys for VUP will work no matter what other program you've clicked on whether it's the game you're playing or something else... I just got my keyboard with macro keys hooked up again and was trying to figure out how to set up my macros so I can change expressions with a single key instead of memorized a 2-key combination... Of course, also need to use keys that aren't used tooooo widely in games and such so as to avoid a situation where you are playing a game, you hit your macro to be sad vtuber, the game registers it as like you wanting to quit the game and confirming it, and then you end up even sadder IRL because you didn't want to leave your game... Or more likely you just end up apologizing for pinging your team in League of Legends for no reason... So there is that problem... But yeah, for me I'm using the keys Z, X and P for my macros since those aren't utilized too much in games... Gunna need to double check that those aren't used though in games before I use em...

problem, suddenly, all my models besides my old main won't face track without reason. all of them worked prior to now. it tracks my movement, but not my face. Please help edit: it works now.

Does it work with models/characters that don't look like the standard vtuber (humanoid and anime style)??? Because I'm making a character for vtubing which does not look similar or even close at all with the standard vtuber model. The character may have really short legs or not legs at all. It's not humanoid, the face won't have an anime style at all, more like a cartoon one, etc.

I know I'm late af💀 Sadly, this is vup's weak point. In vroid studio edit her facials so she open there her mouth as wide as possible. It helped me. (I'm not good at explaining with my broken English but I hope you get it)

Hello! I believe VUP is no longer supported/ the app closed down last I heard. Sorry it’s given you so many troubles. I recommend checking out VSEEFACE or any alternative instead :)

Also yes 3D model for full body, I dont think anything supports full body live 2D right now.

Can you do full body tracking in vup?
Yes you can, there are different ways but I have not really dove into them.
