Thank you for this timely and illuminating conversation. The questions raised by the youth and the responses shared by Mr. Mitchell is a good start for local Baha'i communities to watch this video and explore their own experience of being part of a community and efforts of community building and sustaining especially exploring how engaged and effective we are in our process of Baha'i consultation, decision making, and communication making sure we know and use the principles of consultation both in form and in spirit. The unique process of the Baha'i election also needs our attention and ongoing education since it plays a critical role in creating unified and vibrant communities that are able to attract new blood and grow. We need to learn how to inspire each other by our example if we hope to inspire the greater community. The example of the maturity and wholehearted collaboration of the Baha'i community in the application of the Teachings of Baha'u'llah remains critical in the success of globalization and unity in diversity of our communities.
The earth is but one country and all mankind its citizens! Great speech Mr. Mitchell.

thank you for the subtitles, the non native english speakers would appreciate that the bahá'í talks would have it, sometimes we lose the context by a term and recover it is so hard. but the ilumination of these talks is so important for us

I think this is the Blue print in nutshell to share with the friends of the faith... what we are expecting and how to overcome the current world situation and start walking together in the new path. This video must be part of every Fire side out of two hours program and this do be present at before the closing ceremony so that when they go back home, they can ponder on the talks and see how best each one of them can contribute for betterment of the world /human race -Amigo
Who would have thought 20 years ago TH-cam and other social media platforms would connect people of the whole world? no Word of God will go in vain, that world government prophesied in the book of Isaiah will be established, we have no where to run, we have nowhere to hide, it might take a while but world peace and unity must come!
