In 1969 I received TX Ranger minibike for Christmas from the Whites Auto store lots of fun, but when I finally got something with a suspension on it, which was a CT 70 Honda, it opened up a new world
When I was a kid,I had one very similar to that yellow one. I duct taped one of those old flashlights with the big 6 volt battery to the front fender. Cruised around the neighborhood streets all night. I'm sure the neighbor's loved that. 🤣🤣 Actually a few of my friends had mini bikes too. We all did that. It was pretty fun. I don't know what the exact model mine was. It had a rear disc brake on the rear sprocket and the fenders were blue and the frame was black. The seat had that little kick up. I think it was a lil' Indian? I traded my old homemade go cart with a blown up engine for it.
Every one I saw was really cool.

Out of all of the known brands out there, I didn’t see a Manco Big Cat minibike. Would’ve been nice to see one on display.
mini bikes rock.............
What were some of the prices on the vintage compared to the new ones compared to the drag minibikes?
