I have developed a massive girl crush on Hannah Waddingham after Ted Lasso. Rebecca never struck me as a spiteful person, even from the start, and it was quickly revealed what a big heart she has that was buried under pain and loneliness. Her friendship with Keeley and Sassy is one of the best things ever about the show , we should all have ride or die friends like that! ❤️❤️
Her friendships with Sassy & Keeley are AMAZING. None of the backstabby "real housewives of fake tv" or fake "Friends" saccharine They are genuinely happy for each other and there for each other. I can watch them all day
I love the Christmas episode. Rebecca spends the holiday with Ted to make sure he didn't have to spend the first holiday after his divorce alone. It shows her character development from just using him to get back at her ex-husband to genuinely caring about him. In terms of the Bantr match I thought it was going to be Ted. But I guess that would have been to obvious
Rebecca is my FAVE! No one else could play her like Hannah. My favorite moment is when she helped Ted through his panic attack outside the club. It showed that she was a truly compassionate person.

I think people underestimate how much of a character change the panic attack moment was for Rebecca. When Ted got up and left while she was singing, she knew something was wrong and went after him with everyone watching. She publicly helped someone who needed her and didn’t think twice about it.
As I was watching first season, I kept thinking "a star is born". Hannah is amazing. Everything about her is perfect. The character is so confident and so vulnerable at the same time. Her physical presence commands everywhere. How Hannah is so attractive without being extraordinarily beautiful. Hannah always seems so spontaneous, so down to earth. How she seems sensitive to social issues, she speaks about being a single mother, her career in theater. And she even sings, remarkably well! She's amazing, I hope she has a long career. She's so talented!
Rebecca fulfills one of my favorite tropes in media- likable “villain” from the first season/book/movie/game redeems themselves and becomes an amazing main character
I would have put her friendship with Keeley at number one - but that's purely because I love the 2 of them together! Overall good picks though. Ted Lasso is fantastic and the whole cast just make it!
His top moment (and a top 5 moment of the series) involved Rebecca as well. It’s when she’s asking for Roy and Keeley’s opinion of her date, and Roy rips her a new one: “He’s fine. That’s not the problem. The problem is why you think HE deserves YOU. You deserve someone who makes you feel like you’ve been hit by fucking lightning! Don’t you DARE settle for ‘fine’!”

I keep considering cancelling my AppleTV+ subscription and each time I do I consider not being able to see Ted Lasso, and more importantly, Rebecca. She is my dream woman, I love the character she plays, and in the candid offerings I've seen her in she always makes me laugh. I love how vulnerable she can be and by God is she sexy.
Right from the start even though she was setting Ted up there was something about her that made me want her to redeem herself. I felt similarly about Zuko when I first watched Avatar as a kid. Something about these characters and the circumstances for why they’re doing these things just made me want to root for them.
I can't believe the same woman who played the lead nun torturer of Cersei Lannister in Game of Thrones played Rebecca in Ted Lasso - Hannah Waddingham is f#@% gorgeous, she's voluptuous, and her singing talent is top 1% of actresses today!
