The thing is BTS member do not lipsync unlike most of Kpop artist when the dance. You can hear BTS mic's are always live so if their voice cracks you hear it if they decide not to sing a phrase you hear nothing. If another member adlib's you hear it. You hear if they take in a gulp of much need air before they rap or sing. You can tell when they alter a song slightly from the record version, in fact they sound better live than their studio versions.

That's because they never did follow Kpop norms/unspoken rules, they are real artists who are music lovers of different genre's of music. They are the evolution of Kpop. RM said to the vocalist' if you want to be singer you have to listen to different genre's of music.' He made them mixed tapes to listen to of many different genre's and artists/groups even though he himself is based in Hip Hop. They were from the very start given complete artist freedom something that had been lost in Kpop.
