My friend, you should check the sodium intake you are suggesting, following Sport and Medical institutions.... For endurance athletes it is recommended 700mg per hour of exercise.... 1 Himalayan teaspoon has 1,610mg
Okay, this was fantastic, but Dennis, if I make this sports drink from scratch, Won't I be tired from all the stirring and need to immediately drink the batch? 😅
It’s important to consider the ramifications of this drink on your dental health. With so much lemon juice, this acidic drink could leave our mouths with a low pH- in fact, acidic substances in our mouths can also soften our enamel, making it easier for it to be worn away by abrasion or teeth grinding. Furthermore, this drink has a good amount of sugar (2/3 cup of honey), so these sugar molecules can attract tiny bacteria that cause gingivitis and gum disease. As such, I would recommend people to clean their mouth no longer than an hour after consuming this drink!!
I agree, we should all be very scared when eating real food! Seriously though… real, raw honey actually has antimicrobial properties, such that no one should be worried about gum disease caused by honey-it’s not a thing. Also, you’re exaggerating the effects of diluted lemon juice on tooth enamel.
I actually like putting Cider/Malt vinegar in a small bottle filled with unrefined fine Himalayan Pink salt. and just have a pipette or two of salt-saturated vinegar. If vinegar is supposedly good for you then I'd rather consume it this way instead of drinking kombucha, which I dislike the taste of.

The entire thing. All at once.
You are correct. You're not a dunce.

Acidity is life. And it’s not hydrochloric acid
I tend to use powder stevia in most things for sweetness.
Is it okay to store this overnight?

This is GREAT thanks!
Happy to share!
Can we use Himalaya salt ?
Are you so broke you can't even pay attention? Or are you just a bot? 🤖 I hope nobody answers your "🤤" question!
What if I can't get. Sea salt
Everything is a chemical or is made of chemicals.
Why don’t you cry? It’s a good release rather than suppress emotion.
Erythritol, if the benefits of honey don't outweigh the drawbacks for you.
You have honey in plastic?
You don't have honey in a glass jars?😢😢😢😢
