I'm a mail carrier, and I walk 19,000 steps 5x a week at work at a brisk pace (I also exercise 6x a week). It takes time to work up to that level though, I was sore for the first month and exhausted after work for the first three. However now that I've been doing it for a couple year my body is use to it and I don't notice. I actually get antsy when I'm on vacation and I have to take a walk to burn the energy off!
you have my respect, it's a whole operation for me to even get 10000 steps in, 20000 feels impossible. but also, it that tape over your mouth when you're lifting weights?!
Even after this challenge I struggle to get atleast 9-10k just cause I get busy. And yes it’s for an upcoming video about breathing correctly and a little challenge/test I wanted to try so stay tuned.

Anything is better than what I was doing and I agree but it’s hard for me to accept that you can over train by walking at my age
