Ive always loved this song, it reminded me of my youth when I used to go out drinking with my mates. My best mate died a few weeks ago and this is the first time I've been able to watch this again, he was only 49 years old, WTF. The solo in this song is awesome, I love the fact I've shaken the hand that plays it. Thanks Oli and Evile.

This music is beautiful, especially that bass! I can't believe I haven't heard of these guys before.
They played this in Holmfirth last night, and I couldn't hold it in any longer. I started crying. At the part before the solo, Matt looked me right in the eyes and gave me a nod. Then a woman decided to hug me to console me. I'm not seeking attention or whatever, I'm just astonished at how much the metal community looks out for each other like that. Mike was one of those nice guys within the metal community.

Not only is it beautifully written and performed, you can hear the passion and emotion that went in to it, and given the sad circumstances surrounding the context, it adds to the atmosphere. I don't care if it's not distorted and at 30000BPM, this song is a testament to a friend, a musician, a brother. RIP Mike Alexander, may this elegant piece of music represent the pain of your loss.

WTF I've just noticed I'm not subscribed to Evile, how does that happen? Check your status guys. The reason I noticed was I saw that only 10.8k subscribers are on this band. That can't be right. Click that button people, this band should have at least 1 million.
For me, the last 40 seconds are the most powerful of the this song. Right from where the camera pans upwards, as if watching their fallen brother ascend. You can feel the emotional weight of the song hit you, especially when you can see the drummer and guitarist thinking about the times they had with their bassist.

y yo como imbécil, obligandome a mi mismo a que me gustara el thrash metal de los 80' (pensando que era el unico que valía la pena), no sabia que habian bandas como esta. Me encanta evile, no solo hacen un thrash muy pesado, tambien hacen canciones lentas como esta, son autenticos profesionales y me han hecho recuperar un poco mas la fe en en futuro del metal.

Its crazy to say that this is better than any new METALLICA since the black album. All Nightmare Long blows this out of the studio the outlaw torn bleeding me The end of the line that was just your life the judas kiss fuel the memory remains just a bullet away just to name a few. Don't get me wrong Evile are by far the best new metal band and are the future of metal but they have a long way to go to be better than the metal gods that are METALLICA!

if you will mention some Metallica's songs make sure they are from Kill 'Em All to And Justice For All, not some Load, ReLoad or Death Magnetic stuff! that's not metal at all
ah now its not fair to say its not metal. its not necessarily their original style but what band is able to keep the same style over a fair amount of time? very few anyway.
The future of metal is Mastodon. Evile isn't even a top New Wave Thrash band in many ppl's books because they sound too generic and derivative, even though they have alot of potential to be the best. They worship Metallica, sure, but they need to take into account that there are other great bands to emulate, and they need to emulate them in the right ways instead of just copying their style. I think once they do that, and find their own sound, they'll be great like the other new thrash bands they have to compete with, like Havok, Vektor and Hexen.
Ol Drake's solo in this song, just rises him to a higher level. Epic.

Such a beautiful and fitting tribute to Mike, he would be so proud.
this song is without a doubt the best ive heard since and it sounds like a 90s james hetfield. there is a difference in song but it has the same awsome guitar. drums into the mesh were awsome as well and thats where you can tell the difference in bands by hearing the drums. different style and very awsome.
