We have an earlier model 2022 and absolutely love it and highly recommend it. It tows like a dream and we love the 11ft of kitchen. When not travelling, I use it as my home office. Peaceful....no interruptions . We are tall and do the same as another commenter. Pull the mattress a little further out and put pillows at the head.. We are 6'4 and 5'10"

We have a 22 17 mke all the veneer is peeling from the cabinets. They said it got to hot and won't cover with the extended warranty i have. Also beware the bed is a short queen. 76 x 60 but comfortable.
This looks almost perfect. Is there a variant that the pull out is a dinette instead? I really want something like this but need to have it as my mobile office.
Our specific unit doesn't have that, but Grand Design does offer a booth dinette instead of the theatre seating! Check with your local dealer or feel free to give us a call and we can order one for you!

Major complaint... we have the 2023 model with the theater seating.... when the Murphy bed is down it interferes with the use of the theater chair closest to the bed... you can not use the recliner. it will not allow the you to use the foot rest. Nor will it recline... Missed that one in the demo.
No, we have this model. It folds about 1/3 the way from the top. And they say it's a queen, but it's a rv queen . Regular queen 80 x 60 this has 76 x 60 I pull the mattress down 4 inches and stick pillows in the slot. They also don't tell you that you can't put the bed down unless you slide out .
It would be perfect, but the Murphy bed ruins it for us. We will have to go with another brand. Because the Grand Designs with Queen beds are too large. Need to offer a standard rv Queen in this floor plan.
