The other way is the victim is on their knees and someone pulls their lungs out from their back and place them on the victim's shoulders to where they look like the folded wings of an eagle. If the victim ever makes a sound during the Blood Eagle, they can never enter the gates of Valhalla after they die.

You could say that the game is a story on itself with the fantastic aspect being a real thing but at the same time they are representations of a different battle with mental illness
They interviewed psychologists and people who had psychosis AFAIK, so the symptoms shown ingame should be atleast somewhat relatable to real-life examples of psychosis...
Unlike every other illnesses psychological ones vary vastly depending on individuals. These are real stuff that people with experience have described, this doesn't mean that your experience with psychosis, if you were to have it right now would be the same.
Is it a requirement to suck at puzzle solving/looking in the most obvious places to be a let's player? I swear every youtuber I watch is exactly the same lmao
