    Thanks for the video! Trying for a baby in 4 months, I want to be in top shape! Sadly miscarried my first pregnancy so doing all I can't to be fit this time round. This video is really helpful

      Cheers for the video content! Forgive me for butting in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you researched - Tarbbatigan Complete Unit Tip (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a smashing one of a kind product for learning how to get pregnant naturally minus the hard work. Ive heard some decent things about it and my work buddy finally got excellent success with it.

    Paula --- you're welcome! It would be safe for you to do this routine every day as long as you don't experience any pain or discomfort during the exercises.
    If you're doing it every day, no need to repeat the routine.
    If you're NOT doing the program every day... Say 3 times per week, for example... Then you may want to do the routine twice through each time.
    Take breaks only if needed.

      It should be fine, just listen to your body and stop if you feel discomfort! Talk to your healthcare provider if you have questions

      My over tension cause miscarriage of my 1st pregnancy

    Is there an alternative exercise to the crab walk if you have wrist pain (which I do and the exercise did hurt!)?

      Yes! Do these exercises instead. Even though it says it's for beginners, you can still get a LOT out of these moves even if you don't consider yourself to be a beginner! Take your time, feel into your body, and go slow: th-cam.com/video/MDjVmadFewE/w-d-xo.html

    i want to improve my health and fertility, how long does it take to do it?
    is it only once for all movements?
    or must be repeated for up to 30 minutes for example with a break.

      If you have an infertility condition as a couple, then it is advised to try the *ThePregnancyFact. Com* I tried the West prescriptions but I was just disappointed with their results. I was able to have a baby right after having a healthy diet and having planned acupuncture treatments for a couple of months. I`m just happy looking at my 1 year old daughter walk around the house.
