Kinda had a feeling when you bought the McLaren you weren't 100% happy about the choice and had second thoughts. Now that you're questioning ownership it kinda confirms what I was thinking. Buy a Ferrari man, that's what you really want!
The mac and f type are and were the heart of the channel, STG wouldn't work without them

Your money, your car, your decision... If I were you and in your position, I'd sell the 540... To be hohest, I never really cared for. the. 540c. That Jaguar in my opinion, seems much more comfortable, more fun and sounds great. I'd shop around with a Manufacturer that you believe in and try to work out a deal. they should give you one and right it off as "advertisement" $. If you still Love your 540c, hold on to it. If whole driving that Jaguar your not dying to be behind the wheel of your 540, drop it like it's HOT! I hope this has helped.. Best of luck to you!
If you put the toll blipper in the shaded area around the rear view mirror it'll work without needing to put it outside of the car. Makes it easier to play the 'see how fast you can drive through the booth' game too.

You can usually put those motorway toll tags in the black area of the windscreen, behind the rear view mirror. Check the owners manual to confirm.

If you come to Melbourne, just a bit of a warning, speed camera central. Especially in the city.
However, a good stretch of road you should tackle is called the Reefton Spur. A very windy road with little to no traffic, and then up to the end of Lake Mountain Road for all your cinematography/drone shots.
On the way back to the city you could also go through the black spur, which is also a fun road but prone to have a lot of traffic and it's much shorter.
As i said last video Sam all you need in life is a Prius!

JE Photography UK okay in reality who drives a daily hyper car? It's not practical long term (unless it's a Porsche) They are meant mostly for weekend drives or meetups. If I was driving my hypercar around as a daily I would want sponsorships from companies.

Yes, loads of new cars being lent to you makes you wonder wether or not you need your own super/sports car, but 'contentwise' we do love a build up to and collection of your new cars. If you manage to combine that suspense, and somehow form an emotional attachment to the lent cars, i see no issue with getting rid of the 540c.
1) Of course you need a supercar. What would a London Boy be without one ? 2) A video with great landscapes and a decently interesting talk... well enough for a thumb up (compared to other car youtubers)

Nitro brew coffee = cold brew coffee cooled via liquid nitrogen, hence 'nitro'. I've had it a few times, does help wake up myself for morning classes haha.

Sam you are right. the roads on Tenerife are epic. the masca road is a great one when it's not too busy. it's wider now than it was when I was a kid. also has some barriers which werent there then.
Top tip: if you hold the toll thing against the dotted area around the rear view mirror you don't need to hold it outside the window

2jzandy s yep, but the title of the video is "do I even need my McLaren anymore?", and the literal answer to that is no. He never did need it, nobody needs a super car. It's quite reasonable to want one though... and to buy one assuming you have that kind of money.

Your 540C is great. Though, personally, I find the black bonnet to be tacky. Maybe you should take the wrap off altogether so we can see the original paint next time it's back in your videos. Enjoy your trip!
I would keep the F-Type and the 540C. It's a good combination, but strictly speaking the F-Type of course can do it all.

if you sell your 540c you can sell it for 130 - 135 k ferrari 458s go from 134 with warranty. you can save up in the months where you are roadtripping and dont have to pay for the 540c anymore. then you finally own a ferrari with warranty!
Geert Roseboom Sadly it doesn't work like that, he wouldn't own the Ferrari as he'd have to use a broker again to get the money needed to buy it. He would be in the same situation just another car

I think part of the reason you get so many loaners is because you have a supercar. If you don't anymore, the dealers and manufacturers who lend them to you might not see you as a potential buyer and might not loan it to you as a result
How about something cheap to buy but hilarious like an old XK? Facelift model, still looks great today, and with an exhaust loud as anything
here in the US distances are large hard to go through mamy countries in a small period of time. If you dream of ferraris exclusively then find a way to get one why wait

dude, you still have to stop and pay a toll? In Vancouver our toll bridges don't require you to stop, you get a bill from at the end of the month just from a capture of your license plate while you're driving. you can get a pass for the year and then you don't have to worry about it.
