I have known many pianists including some with international reputations and I know what an unforgiving gift remarkable talent is. Its perfectly natural to need a break and most come back better than ever or find another path to eudaemonia.
Best feet I've seen at the piano on YT since Aristo posted himself playing with pink bunny slippers. I've fallen in love with this Weissenberg performance of BWV 543: th-cam.com/video/QLinECVgOvI/w-d-xo.html and I'd love to hear you play it. I'm planning to post my own version of 542 very soon.
