Ah, a woman after my own heart; sweeping tiny scraps onto the floor! ☺️. I learned that many long years ago from Elinor Burns (Quilt in A Day). I love how friendly and cuddly your cats are! Umm Kate, I’d like you to picture me, Lynne, sitting on the lime green sofa nibbling on a Ghirardelli 72% chocolate bar while knitting or hand quilting one of my many UFO’s! Sheer heaven to spend time with friends like you! ❤️
Margie...I'd be snacking on a fruit bowl! You're delightful in every way, across the ocean here in Canada. Thank you for so gently sharing with all of us!
I've been going chronologically from the beginning, but decided to jump in here, even though it's too late for the giveaway. That cushion cover is adorable! I try not to eat while doing any crafting, but I do like peanut M&Ms once in a while.
Your life and hobbies are relatable to me. I love your stories while quilting and meeting with your daughters in law and friends. I usually nibbles on fruits , nuts and yogurts while quilting...love your show .
I’d love a bowl of pudding to eat while sitting on the lime green couch! Thank you for teaching me to make the scrap free flying geese. It finally made sense to me! Pam Kemp
Hi Kate! My favorite colors have been pink and green since I was 12 years old, when my mother made me a pink hand-knit Mohair sweater and a green A-line skirt for Christmas. I felt so good in that outfit, I’ve never forgotten it. Your beautiful pillow is perfect for relaxing with handwork on the LGS! I would enjoy sharing a spot of tea and plate of Cranberry-Orange Biscotti with everyone...I’m a dunker!😉. Hugs from Washington State, Darlene.
Hello Kate, hello everyone! For the first time I feel comfortable and safe enough to comment on a channel--the lime-green sofa is so comfy and I see everyone with such welcoming smiles. When I settle in to bind a quilt or do other handwork, I always have a bowl of chocolate-covered raisins and mixed nuts nearby. Always enjoy my time here.
Kate, I have introduced you to my quilting friends and we talk about your wonderful videos like you are right here with us. I live in Soddy Daisy, Tn., USA, am 89 years young and enjoy watching and sitting on the lime green couch. Thank you for showing me the art of quilting, Your way.
Hi Kate, my name is Cheryl. I'm from Georgia, USA. I just found your site a couple weeks ago and love it. Your home is so interesting and colorful. You do beautiful work and my favorite are the hexes on the design wall. I've been working on a Grandmother's flower garden quilt for my granddaughter. My husband has even joined in making his own hexes. For a while I wondered where your lime green sofa was until I watched some older videos. That's a cute idea. If I was on your sofa I suppose a scone with clotted cream and jam would be scrumptious. Keep up the good work.
Theresa: My favorite snack while enjoying the company of the other people on the LGS would be a sticky caramel cinnamon roll with pecans and a cup of coffee! That would be a real treat!
Sandra: Surrounded by friends on a cool winter's day, I can imagine myself leaning back against the comfy-cozy geese cushion, relaxing, and knitting away on the lime-green sofa--nibbling on a piece of divinity candy--while sipping on a warm cup of pumpkin-spice latte. I truly enjoy hanging out with everyone
The setting where you are sewing looks so pretty with the prayer plant and the surrounding windows and stuff. I, too, like my work space attractive. Work spaces can easily get looking void of charm. Makes “work” into fun. 👍👏👏👏💌🦌❤️☕️❤️💪🙏🐝🙏
I will try again, just tried to send you a comment, it is our 66th wedding anniversary today, we cannot get out because of lockdown, so we are celebrating doing our own thing. Me listening to your video, thank you for all you do to cheer me up . I have been quilting for 40 years and still enjoy it. God bless you. Mary
Michelle: My all time favorite snack is buttered popcorn. I take a break every evening when I'm sewing, eat my popcorn, wash my hands and back into sewing. I will also munch on chocolate here and there.

Good evening, Kate! My name is Nathalie and I reckon that my favourite snack would be a caramel slice, something I discovered the autumn I came to work in England... exactly 30 years ago ! I have a day off on Saturday so I am going to raid my box of fabric scraps to sew a flying goose cushion of my own ! This will be my very first attempt at this quilting pattern and that way, even if I miss yours, it will still be a win-win! With warmest hugs from North Yorkshire 🍂🍄🦔🍁🐾!
Celia Ambrose. I think M&M's are less messy on the lime green couch. Lovely video and thanks for showing how you sew the back of the pillow sections all in one step! I will try this next time.
Thank you for your lovely vlogs, I have been back to number one and watched them all over the last few weeks. I now have yet another hobby EPP, I am making Patch the dog, could do with a few more hours in the day! I love watching you making things and want to try all of them. So once again thank you, take care of yourself, love x

Kate, I love your real goose, Eileen, and it fun to watch her go into the lake and scrapple feathers 🪶 on wings and tail- her way of getting “a bath” and feels great for her! -yes i love your patchwork flying goose with no refuse! Thank you, Kate-i watched it 4x😂.-Sandra Myer🕊
My name is Kerri. I would love to have some of your carrots from your garden with a little sprinkle of salt and a cream cheese and dill dip. A strong cup of tea, and a long chat of all things quilts!! Love your channel and love your quilting! Beautiful Quilts!!!!
Lydia: scones, I think, Kate, with clotted cream and homemade jam. And a cup of Earl Grey. Heaven! 😃

Dear Kate, many many congratulations on 25K subscribers! I have to say I'm not surprised; you are a joy to watch with your wonderful variety of topics. So, to have as a treat on the lime green sofa is a delicious mug of coffee and scones. Stay safe. Vivian
Thankyou for your generosity. Thankyou for sharing your cat's I just lost my cat to lung cancer and I miss him terribly. They are such good company 🐱.
Sue. Some chocolate would be a lovely snack while watching on the lime green sofa. Thank you for your lovely videos.
Tracy - Carmel corn would be lovely to snack on and knit on the lime green sofa. So yummy and easy to share.
Helen. My favorite snack these days is dried pea snacks and a glass of iced tea with lemon and sweetener.
Hi from California. Love that cushion. It turned out great. She is lovely. I will eat popcorn. Yum!
Debbie..Lovely cup of tea and ginger biscuits on the lime green sofa. YES.
Jane. I enjoy a cup of English Breakfast tea and two plain chocolate digestive biscuits when I can. Thanks xx
You make me laugh with your comments and we all need that right now. My favourite snack is tea and biscuits, any biscuit but chocolate makes it even better. So once again thank you, take care of yourself, love x
Such a great video. My machine has a sliding setting for speed. I think it's a good feature.
Barbara from Southern California, USA. A favorite snack would be mixed nuts and Dr. Pepper. Or, if I lived near enough that it wouldn’t melt, I would bring ice cream… My very favorite!
I have never seen a cushion cover so beautifully detailed. Thanks for sharing.
Jillian, I would have a mug of hot chocolate with a piece of home made ginger cake with the rest passed down the lime green sofa...bliss. x
Hi Kate, love your videos. Let’s have scones and hot tea on the green couch. Thanks, Kathy 😊
Nancy Brownies are my weakness. But easy to make and share. I’m going to make goose quilt like the one you made before. Just catching up on videos so it was new to me.
My name is Janet. I so enjoy your pod cast. So friendly and comfortable. And your goose is beautiful! My snack would be m&ms and cashews!
