Great video in so many ways. First this is not a use which I expected to see for this product but I can see how I can extend the life of many sneakers and shoes because, like you, I pronate and always wear the outside of the sole faster. What people should really realize is so amazing about this video is that it's clearly genuine because when I look at the background you are in shoe sales and if you wanted to promote anything it would be the sale and not the repair of shoes which would delay people from buying your product--new shoes. Bravo for great tips and for doing what few people think to do these days--fix old stuff so that it works - don't just buy new junk. Thanks!
Thanks! I have 1 1/2 tubes of shoe goo and now I have more use for it for the soles of my shoes where I wear them down on the sides. Going to try it out.
My typical strike is midfoot, but i definitely skim my dorsiflexed foot prior to landing with bodyweight. I tend to get 600-800 miles on my running shoes using ShoeGoo.
Does shoe goo give u grip on rocks and wet logs ? .. Im thinking about coating my foam soles with shoe goo to make them last longer but i need to have traction

They make shoe goo in black as well which is nice if you want to match most outsoles.

What if you put shoe goo on the soles, when you first get them and continue to apply. Would that prevent the tread from showing wear?
Thanks Mike
You could also land on the forefoot instead of the heel to run smoother. You can use an ice cube to run over the shoogoo.

probably no better than the outsole. Once the ShoeGoo is worn, it gives pretty good traction.
