Thank you for these videos and I understand you can only do so much at the HRO location! But a true optimization of both Rigs compared to one another will be interesting! Still don’t see a big reason to upgrade my 7610 to a 7760 especially for the cost difference plus like I have done if you spend a couple Hundred dollars on adding DSP to your 7610 you will have more $$ in your pocket and a great sounding 7610….. just saying….. Not to mention you can use the DSP Noise Reduction module with other HF rigs as well! 73 K4BBC
My question is how well does the RF gain work ? If you roll back the RF control can you quite down the rig ? Or is it same as 7300 and presumably 7610 mostly useless ? Has icom overcome that shortcoming ? My 7300 is a easy to live with for the most part only the att and rf gain control are very very poor and a big disappointment . Has icom fixed this with this new model?

Thanks for your response. Some people want everything you said plus another 100w. ;)
Would be great to hear side by side on a weak ssb signal.

i want ssb. cw is for xiegu and qrp only :-D
The 7760 is a great rig for SSB, as well as other modes like CW & Data
