Just out of interest., Would a passenger train (possibly with troops) going near the 'front' have its windows covered either by wood shuttering , steel plate to just matt paint to prevent possible reflection seen from the air or at a distance? On your layout the flak gun carrier has painted windows, where as the preceeding coach has only white curtains.
Armoured vehicles based on the Pz VI 'tiger' chassis would need their outer road wheels removed, and be equipped with narrower tracks to enable them to be transported by rail... jus' sayin'
