Hi, how can you go back to the EQ modifiers after using stems on a transition? I have been removing the stems to get back to tinker with volume and bass swaps, then running the stem again. It's repetitive to have to re-stem . Cheers!
on the transition tab in the studio you can switch between EQ and stems. one will be brought to the background and the other you can edit. If you wanne get rid of the stems then set them all 4 to None.
Is there a way to tie the maximum volume of a track's transition to the volume of the rest of the track? I'm running into an issue where I make the track itself like -1db, but the transition stays at 0db. If I switch to manual, it the point jumps from 0db to -1.9db, which is a pretty noticeable shift once the transition ends. Expanding the track row doesn't let me change the number in smaller amounts. Right clicking on the volume point in the transition does not bring up the "edit volume value" option.
Please send support questions to support. You also did it, and I answered you there as well. ;-) Use GAIN instead of Volume to correct the volume of the complete track.
No, that is low on our list. We will not support DJ controllers since we are studio software and don't want to compete with live performance software in any way.
Thanks for the swift response. I wasn’t thinking dj controllers as such. I use a midi fighter twister with ableton as the control for things like eq settings is far superior to using the mouse so was thinking more along those lines. It would also allow multiple automations to be recorded live simultaneously but I guess that’s getting close to live performance 🤔
Keep it up Midtown, your explanations are great, clear and concise.
Great video. Very helpful and concise🎉
So far, this tutorial is the best. It explains step by step. please do one on stems, thank you.....
thank U , it explains a lot 🙂
I like the preset save capability very much. Thanks

I have an issue, my expectation when tried the software was that I can put any songs of varied tempo and all of them will sync to the same tempo.
Yes, that’s possible. Open the Tempo lane on the left side of the Studio screen, click Manual , click Set mix BPM and set the start and end value.
@@djstudioapp oh that's amazing! Will try it
Is midi control in the pipeline?

can we increase transition to 64
sure. And if you want you can grab the side of the transition window and make it as long as the track.
it would be very nice if the presets wont save the bpm
They don't.
