Hi - instead of a + I usually dial 00 as it the same

@@sosoblessluke1193 the one last thing to try (as it depends on the software and model you have ) is press and hold the 0 (zero) - this can also sometimes change the digit to a +

The answer depends on if you are using this handset through a telephone system or on its own; in our video we show how to use the phone when connected to one of our phone systems.
