Totally get that. I'm not handicapped, but I will always go for the balcony if there is one. I'm too old to fight to the front. Nobody blocking the view with their phones, and usually better sound.

I envy you, Michelle-san, for having had such a valuable experience that not everyone can have: meeting and getting to know in person the person you admired, whom you only knew through a monitor. And when you actually met her, Kanami, she turned out to be just as wonderful as you had imagined! It's something that not everyone gets to do, because there are quite a few people who disappoint you when you actually meet them.
This experience will become a lifelong memory and provide you with various inspirations for the rest of your life. Michelle-san, being able to do that at your age, is incredibly fortunate.

Wow. You always seem to pick the most unusual venues to see Band Maid. Last year, it was at the Nicolodian Mall in New Jersey. This year it's the bowling alley. I love your Band Maid videos.❤

Thanks again Michelle for vlogging your Band-Maid experience. It was almost like you picked up where you left off with the American Dream concert. Seems like they recognized you -- certainly Kanami did! I saw another clip of the Nashville question time and heard some intelligent, witty person interacting with Saiki, but couldn't see her. Should have known it was you! BTW, the sound quality of that capture was superb. Not sure who was doing the camera work, but I don't think anyone would object if they uploaded more :)

I took a screen grab of the Japanese text in that scene and tried a translation site that translates from photos and I got "Mincho older sister, thank you here." I guess it's a message to Mincho from Michelle in case she see the video. I really want to know what Mincho said to her though.

That was great i posted it on my BAND-MAID fan club. Most people don't bother to show how big the venue or the audience is and you don't really get a feel for the concert when you are watching a long way away in my case Australia. Good job.

I recently discovered BM for myself. I LOVE THEM! I so wish they had a concert here in Germany and your videos showed that their venues are still small enough to be personable regardless of the place. I am not a concert goer because most are hard to have a good seat and experience. There are only a few bands I want to see in person... Band Maid is top of the list for me... followed by BabyMetal which was my gateway band to find BM... I normally am a folk, alternative rock, indie scene (eclectic).
Being from Kentucky originally, claiming CA as home but expat in Germany I was very surprised to see BM in Nashville!
Are you part Japanese / other? Just curious if there is any familial ties to Japan language or if you are learning as a total foreigner!?!? 😊

what a great review of your experience, I was pretty close behind you and was hoping Saiki would walk up to you. I met Kanami at a meet'n greet in 2018 but the warmth she shows when she sees you is great to see, I am sure she wld respond to you on IG if not already/ I'm gonna wait for them now in HB Anaheim and next time at Yokohama Arena which I am super exited for the girls.

It was such an amazing show. Glad you enjoyed our city and had a good trip. I have always assumed that I would have to travel if I was ever going to see BAND-MAID perform. Thankfully, they came here. I just wish that I had bought tickets for the Atlanta show too. I suspect that they will book Nashville again. The show SOLD OUT . Anyways, thanks for posting your Cross-country quest for ROCK !!

There were two things I hoped would repeat on this May tour that had previously happened back in October. One was Mr RocknRoll would get to interact with Band Maid again (which he did in his own errr... 'original style' !) and more importatntly you would be able to do likewise. I'm so pleased that you managed to do this and so enjoyed watching your experience here across the ocean in England.
Something though that caught my eye was Akanes's reaction, she is known to wear her heart on her sleeve and any reaction from her will be very real and emotive. Watch her face when you start to speak to Saiki. Akane is in the middle of eating her Banana when your words hit her hard and the expression on her face says it all, that's something you cannot fake, heart warming !
Keep up the good work on the Guitar !

What an amazing experience getting to watch and interact with Band-Maid once again, Michelle! I started following you from your previous Band-Maid Okyuji vlog at American Dream, NJ, and I'd say I like this one better! The video and audio were very well-captured and you had a front-and-center spot to be able to speak directly with Saiki and Kanami! Also, this is perhaps the most fun I think I've seen Kanami have in the States? Many thanks Michelle, I look forward to seeing more Band-Maid coverage from you~
I thought I was the only Filipino at the band-maid show in Nashville. Nice to see more Asian-Americans supporting Asian music. I was in Nashville for two nights(Band-maid at Brooklyn Bowl on Sunday and Mamamoo at Bridgestone Arena on Monday). I thought it was interesting to see several folks at Band-maid show wearing Kpop shirts (Dreamcatcher and Loona) and I saw a guy at Mamamoo Kpop concert wearing the Band-maid 10th anniversary t shirt.
Nice to know of Filipino maidiacs. My fervent hope is that more Pinoys would get to know and appreciate them. A fan base that would be significant enough to warrant us being on their radar for their Asian concert tours. I’m sure Kobato san would have a blast doing omajinai time in the Philippines! Her heavy usage of “PO” wouldn’t be alien to us! Heck, when I first discovered Band-Maid last February and saw interviews and MC time I thought Miku was like Sandara Park who spent time growing up in the PH, thus picking up “PO”! To my surprise it was our pigeon and her persona.😊
This was a beautifully crafted story telling video, you have a real knack for putting a narrative together. It was great to see your experience attending this show. It was nice that it just wasn't a sequential edit of what happened, but you held some of those surprise details back until later. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I give this a 5 star review. ☺ And I'm glad you enjoyed the show.

To much to say but in short a very well documented experience and loved it all
You know a band is amazing live when they don’t even play ANY of your “Top 3 Absolute MUST-Plays” (Secret My Lips, Moratorium, and Thrill), and yet they still manage to absolutely blow the doors off of the place, and surface your expectations 🙂 (Denver @ The Summit, btw!)
It was a geart show! Up front and center must have been amazing.

yeah they have all the japanese commercial stuff around, maid dressed, talkshow, paid fan video, or for picture, and they look normal in real life and dont dress like punk casually.
but they are a real rock band, who tour since 8years, do live house and bigger venue, work on album, promo, tour, and most importantly they work hard on stage and express themselves.
and what i like the most about jrock band is they keep a proximity with public as well they give everything when performing on stage... proximity i think it came from their small and numerous live house, and for the 100%, its cultural.
