@@FreeMilesMCI have been following you since I discovered you with your trip in Morocco… then I was even happier when you got the RE 650 (I have the same one) and you have been riding in France where I am from and riding via Vienna(where I live) and in balkans which is a paradise for motorbikers where I love to go as well. ✌️ Keep the great work you are doing and share with us all your travel with this RE Int 650.There are really few quality TH-cam content about travelling with an RE 650 in Europe.
One of your best videos that’s been greatly anticipated, I really enjoy your journeys! Yeah, jet lag is a downer man, and catching a cold is no picnic either! I hope you feel better dude. Awesome! 😎 👍✌️
Greetings Miles, and wow, so that was your trip to Athens.... I am curious about your way back to Germany. But when you started it up... it sounded like a bucket of nails. Those valves need to be checked asap. And its like you already said. Royal Enfiled: Affordable, beautiful, but the quality man... This rust would not even be okay if it was standing outside. The Speed Triple of my neighbour wich he left outside to rot for over a year does not look this rusty. I really hope your Interceptor carries you home safe and sound, and does not have any issues traveling back through the Balkans. Looking forward to the videos!
Thank you for all the Kind words yes i definitly remember that Speed triple i actualy recently saw that they have fallen in Price so mutch so that Speed tripple Must be close too worthless. And yes i absolutly agree on the condition of the interceptor ☺️
Super, ich freu mich hab mir schon Popcorn geholt. Alles Gute und werde schnell wieder fit. Du erinnerst mich an einen Kumpel, den ich vor über 30 Jahren hatte. Schaue deine Videos gerne. Greetings from Hamburg
I watched a seried about a couple.of guys who done similar, dropping in and out of a long trip, leaving bike laid up for several months. They disconnectes the battery before leaving it. Worth next time you leave it.
my Kawasaki from 1981 is sitting over 20 years unused in the garage and the last 10 years under a cover before the garage and is in a better condition without rust.
Amazing reliability from your 🤩Interceptor firing up within seconds after standing for 3months. Something tells me you’ll be looking 👀 for a bike with stronger touring qualities….
Oof winter riding is not for me lol, too cold. Hope you dont get snowed out driving through Germany! I went for the first maintenance with the super meteor this week and it started snowing as i went home... nope not for me haha
This episode was a disappointment! The title and thumbnail are clickbait. Why didn't you just focus for those on how awesome it is to start the trip again and whether the bike will start after 3 months?
@@FreeMilesMC not to this degree. It is misleading like @skardunas said. It was not lost. You where not searching. You could have framed this episode so much better. Do you want new people to watch the video and ignore your channel because the video didn't deliver anything near what was suggested by the thumbnail and title?
@@FreeMilesMC I understand that. Especially trying to make content while mototouring. Just that this one was wayy off the mark, for me. Might be just me/minor minority of people too. 😅 Either way, glad that the bike is rolling, and good roads for your travel, will be waiting for next vids!
I agree with these guys. Just recently found your channel and subscribed. Because of the above mentioned stuff and general lack of wrenching (maybe that was a miscalculation on my part) I unsubscribed just now. Best of luck tho.
I had a Suzuki sit in my shed for 10 years and when I eventually pulled it out it had less rust than that. What that actual hell Royal Enfield.
FINALLY ! This is the video I was waiting.
I am very happy to hear that ☺️

It’s so amazing ☺️

GT85 spray is good, especially before storage. But every day too. Stops it oxidizing.
The cat shot was really cool 👍
Unfortunately it was the best part of this episode, sorry 🙊

It’s just the old Japanese bikes are unbeatable I also have a few of them all looking good

Yes absolutely ☺️ a more travel friendly bike would definitely be very nice

Driving in the snow is definitely tough ☺️
Nice to see you are back. How many kilometers it has now?
Around 20000 km☺️
@@FreeMilesMC I see. I rode it quite a bit. Nice. :)
Skip the first 3 mins.
Do you ever feel goofy about the fact you put down a camera, ride your bike by it, then stop to pick it back up?
Absolutely 100% but if it makes the video better I gladly do it ☺️
@@FreeMilesMC Obviously, it's better for video quality. I still can't help but chuckle to myself every time I think about it, though.

Yeah the title/thumb clickbait is way over the line of clickbaiting to straight up misleading
I made the thumpnail in a hurry as i was busy today and clickbait is to a degree a necessary evil
