What an awesome factory with great commitment to supplying top quality tools.
Yes there’s a wait on certain items but here in the uk I would rather wait than the quality to be less.
A very interesting video festool.

Unfortunately production output is very slow even if it’s Festool’s biggest production line. Most dealers say 3 months wait. Is there a ramp problem or there’s an engineering fix going on? How many units can be produced in a day?

Good morning sir, we are very sorry about the delivery situation of the CSC SY 50.
The only reason behind the long delivery time is the succes of the product.
The success of the machine exceeds by far all our expectations and forecasts. We have doubled the production of this machine to meet the very high demand. However, quality remains a top priority, so it takes some time to assemble the machine.

@@festoolbelgium j’entends tout ça et je valide, mais j’entends et je lis dans cette vidéo votre responsable de site dire que les produits Festool ont un prix compétitif, mon commentaire n’était pas méchant, je dirais juste que même si les prix Festool ne sont pas compétitifs, ils sont justifiés par la qualité et la durabilité des produits (même si j’ai du renvoyer deux fois mon aspirateur au SAV mais c’est une autre histoire)
