Shes definitely put effort into her training and has good teacher/coaches plus she seems very willing to learn. Very nicely done overall

@Paladin Smoke you do realize she wasn't sparring right? What's the purpose of mitt drills? Among several other things it's for hand-body coordination, speed, technique and drilling combinations. Obviously the knee wasn't part of the routine that's why she surprised him and was laughing after. The knee itself was thrown very well even though it wouldn't be used in that sequence. It's just drills, if he wanted to he could have easily caught all of her kicks and kick her leg out from under her.

When I was younger taking lessons we had a girl that liked to kick the trainer in the family Maker all of a sudden out of routine of what she was being lessoned on everyday. Her dad told the instructor one day, I guess the only way to get her out of it is to floor her ass and he did, it was hilarious! But when she came to she never did it again. We thought her mother was going to die over the deal. Things that never leave the memory.
