      Actually if they share their refurbishment project to other 3rd-party factories, with a number of screens, that will be a huge profit

    The oled panel is definitely prone to scratches while removing the adhesive. You need a super clean room which costs more than this equipment

    After lamination and debubble with the fm 40 i always have one or two small bubbles on the edges .

    • @yologeng4501
      @yologeng4501 11 วันที่ผ่านมา

      I had this issue aswell, but you need to make sure to clean those areas where the bubbles are perfectly and if there is significant scratching there there may be no way to fix it, try buying thicker oca glue glass so it fills those bubbles more. also the oca glass has to be alligned perfectly if not then bubbles will apear

      The mould and frame may cause it, so as you can see in the video, we remove the frame, that will totally work with bubble problem, just frame removing may be difficult when we used to train other students, frame removing share the same difficulty like using cutting wire to separate screen

    I purchased the iPhone 16 Pro, and from day one, I noticed a display issue. I went to an authorized service center (listed as 'authorized' on Apple's website since there are no official Apple service centers in my country). They replaced the display, and now it shows as 'genuine' in the Parts and Service History. However, I’ve noticed the new display looks dull compared to the original. Could they have replaced it with a fake display and programmed it to appear genuine? Or is it possible they copied the data of a genuine display onto a fake one to make it seem legitimate?

    • @rewatechnology2008
      @rewatechnology2008  7 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Generally as long as the screen is tagged as Genuine, it is really hard to pass Apple Repair Assistant for 3rd party screen only the IC transfer method, but if it is really IC transferring method, it should pop up nothing

    Is it safe Using the laser and the plastic foil with alcool to separate the glass of a hard OLED screen or hard LCD since it won't flex?

    • @rewatechnology2008
      @rewatechnology2008  11 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hard oled will be more risky, soft oled you will have more error-tolerant rate, but, with UV lazer machine, you do not need to use much force on screen, right?

    • @rewatechnology2008
