I had this issue aswell, but you need to make sure to clean those areas where the bubbles are perfectly and if there is significant scratching there there may be no way to fix it, try buying thicker oca glue glass so it fills those bubbles more. also the oca glass has to be alligned perfectly if not then bubbles will apear
The mould and frame may cause it, so as you can see in the video, we remove the frame, that will totally work with bubble problem, just frame removing may be difficult when we used to train other students, frame removing share the same difficulty like using cutting wire to separate screen
I purchased the iPhone 16 Pro, and from day one, I noticed a display issue. I went to an authorized service center (listed as 'authorized' on Apple's website since there are no official Apple service centers in my country). They replaced the display, and now it shows as 'genuine' in the Parts and Service History. However, I’ve noticed the new display looks dull compared to the original. Could they have replaced it with a fake display and programmed it to appear genuine? Or is it possible they copied the data of a genuine display onto a fake one to make it seem legitimate?
Generally as long as the screen is tagged as Genuine, it is really hard to pass Apple Repair Assistant for 3rd party screen only the IC transfer method, but if it is really IC transferring method, it should pop up nothing
Hard oled will be more risky, soft oled you will have more error-tolerant rate, but, with UV lazer machine, you do not need to use much force on screen, right?
Thanks for your share, the tools we used usually focalize on the repair shop or factory who want to start their long-tern refurbishment project, so when it comes to success rate and effiency, the tools will become more cost effective, right?
The tools we offered in video mainly focus on some repair shop or refurbish factory who want to start their refurbishment project, after all tools are not used for one screen right?

Really the tools are so good for safe work
Nice video to make everyone understand why do manufacturers charge more for screen replacement!
Actually if they share their refurbishment project to other 3rd-party factories, with a number of screens, that will be a huge profit
Wow ! Great work 👏
Excellent DIY video!
#REWA is my #favourite 😊😊
Cheaper to replace screen for us ! How much for all that equipment ?
Always you’re the best ❤❤love you ❤❤
The oled panel is definitely prone to scratches while removing the adhesive. You need a super clean room which costs more than this equipment
Yep, the OLED panel definitely gets scratched up.
Great Job!!!
After lamination and debubble with the fm 40 i always have one or two small bubbles on the edges .

@ okay thanks i will try it

I lovet job thnx for REWA ❤
Awesome stuff.
why laser does not damage the digitizer ? why do you use it when screen is one and connected to the phone ?
to show the laser tech
It will be more intuitive to show screen is alright

Is it safe Using the laser and the plastic foil with alcool to separate the glass of a hard OLED screen or hard LCD since it won't flex?
Hard oled will be more risky, soft oled you will have more error-tolerant rate, but, with UV lazer machine, you do not need to use much force on screen, right?
How much does all the equipment cost? I need it, to apply in Indonesia
Hello you can also check our top comment and click the link for more detail
What is the success rate of this machine?
Is it possible the laser damaged the screen?
Based on our testing, as long as you have the corresponding cad program, it is 100%
Is it compulsory to cut the frame of display or otherwise we can separate the glass like 13 or 14 series without cutting the frame
As we mentioned in the video, without frame method may lead to bubble problem
It’s great at all, but how effective is that gonna be when the glass is cracked compared to cutting wire
We did not cutting wire as we deem it may be too difficult for some repair man, and as you can see in the video, it is easier than cutting wire
will this work with older iphones like the iphone 8, x, 11?
Sorry the UV laser supports original screen and cover glass separation for iPhone 13 series and above
please open such cool repairs shops in india jammu tooo.... i will highly promote such things
I wonder could this be done on a Note 20 ultra
Amazing 😻
Would that work with some refox lm80e/b laser machines?
We also want that, but it seems the FM 80 is still under developing~~
More interested in the particle free box you got 😆
Can i used for Backcover too?
absolutely, the backglass may also become one of our video topic in the future
@@rewatechnology2008thank you, and please 🙏
And for the Apple Watch ?
не понял они для чего это показывают или это реклама для покупке этого оборудование
А если дисплей будет с паутинкой, лазер просветит? И зачем менять рамку, что с оригинальной не так ?
Removing the frame can avoid bubbles and when UV laser removed the front glass, the front glass touch the oled panel, so it moved
And that's definitely safe. And what about the Edge models? e.g. with Samsung Galaxy S23 or S24 Ultra
It can also handle both flat and curved screen on Android devices.
@rewatechnology2008 ok Apple watch? Ipad ?
@@QrepairzThat comes under in "curved glass" too bro.
S24ultra has no edge screen and s23 ultra barely
@@SeekSeekerMaster Okay, as you saw or read? Rewa I understood and also answered it with Edge
I somehow have doubts that the final result will look like the original with 0 imperfections
Well as you can see in the video, the refurbishment result is great
Now all apples going to do is create a new display to counteract this repair method...
So i need 20k of tools to avoid replacing a maybe 200usd complete screen assembly. Quite a bargain i'd say...

@@rewatechnology2008exactly.
Жесть сколько не нужных действий и станков. Так точно не научишься делать.
Epic
Nope il stick to my wire cutting just take your time and save thousands instead of using the laser machine you used 😂
Well that's your choice, we also respect your skill for the daily refurbishement
All the tools used are all expensive... I guess this video it's for a certain niche of repairers
absolutely right 👍
