So many people don't know how to list correctly. I think that is so important. Your item is not going to show up if your title is bad.

@Rebekah I have two apps that help me photo room and polish if you download the app polish it does take a little bit more time but on polish you can take your photo from photo room to polish and polish has a little tool that says remove and all you do is swipe over the watermark and it takes the watermark completely off just a little tip I thought would be helpful. Love your videos from one reseller to another 💗😉

Thank you for all the helpful tips. This is the 1st time I’ve heard of taking pictures in square mode. I downloaded the App to whiteout the backgrounds, in my pictures, I can’t believe the difference it makes. Does the App automatically start changing me, after the monthly trial? That’s what it looks like. I’m also wondering if there’s a faster way to use the app than I’m doing. Anyways thanks for sharing! January has always been my highest earner until this year & it was significantly lower!
Love all your tips, and videos! I’m not sure if it helps sales necessarily, but I have noticed when I am out, thrifty and using Poshmark to check comps, my activity increases. Such as I get a lot of likes and just a lot of feedback on my thread, if that makes sense, I suppose just being active on the app is what is helping that
The fact that they prioritize re-posh listings surprised me as well. I think it's because Poshmark wants to emphasize the "community" aspect and by giving credit to another posher for where you got your listing is an effective way to do that. They also profit twice off of the same item being resold on their platform, so there is monetary benefit for them to prioritize those listings as well.
Personally, I would love to see how you do your research on upcoming style trends (aside from the obvious seasonality rule) and how that informs what pieces you pick up to list. I find that the trends change so fast by the time I've figured out what's current, people are moving on to the next thing.
I agree! I'm also thinking they want to keep the earnings in house.

Here's something I've been curious about with listings. If you use a key search word either in the title or description, is it necessary to still choose that same word within the 3 Poshmark style tags? Thanks, Rebekah! 🤗

I don't know for sure but I wouldn't think so. I normally put the more odd ones in the 3 style tags and put other ones in my description. I never double up

Can you explain the love note? And what is the point. I'm 87% on being ambassador. I have been 87 percent for the past 6 months. And it says because of love notes. I write ✍️ thank you for the buyer when they purchase from me . Kinda of frustrating.

Hi there! I'll be curious to see what happens this winter. January through the end of March were huge months for me in selling snowboots and sweaters. Snowboots did not move from my closet before then. Those really moved on Mercari though. I also picked-up a bunch of clearance sweaters in February. The first round I picked-up completely sold out so I went back for a second round. A couple of those sold and the rest I've saved for this season and they have been selling.
Where did you find your clearance sweaters? Goodwill? TJ max?
@@alfredoramirez2790 Both, actually. Marshalls though. Their clearance section hasn't been that great this year, but I did pick up a few sweaters that will probably sell next season. Last year though the thrift stores were packed with sweaters in February and they were trying to get rid of them, so keep your eye out. I've picked up a few to store away that were discounted. Salvation Army was also amazing last March. Good pieces for just a couple of dollars. : )
Question- for anyone - Is there a better way or a 3rd party app to help with sharing other ppls closets/listings?! I’m new to Poshmark but I see sellers have like 250k- 500k shares and I don’t understand HOW!!! Lol Is there a video on this? Or do I literally have to share each listing individually…aka spend lots of time doing so?? Which seems crazy on how to do it!! Is there a better way? Please help!! 🙏🏼 Thank you!!
I share when I'm bored or in the car with my husband. When i'm sitting some where. I wanted to be a Posh Ambassador, I thought this would be good but I have not see a changed.
So no tags huh? I would love to not take the time to use the tags but I've seen so much research in the past that say they help sales.
I did a 15% off offer on a jacket and the lister didn’t even make a counteroffer. She just rejected it.
Personally as both a buyer and seller I ignore listings with a whited out background. They look so sketchy to me because it feels like an Amazon purchase, rather than buying from a small seller. Pictures that are bright with a solid background are perfect!
I noticed you don’t add measurements and I was wondering if it’s ok to not bother?
I never give measurements when listing something unless it’s unsized, or maybe a bag. I hate doing it, and I find it normally doesn’t help very much! For me, I’d rather sell a bit less than deal with the hassle of taking measurements of every single item! 🤷🏻♀️ I have found that once I’ve gone back and given people who comment asking for measurements the numbers, they hardly ever buy, so I don’t think they help very much!

Postmark is not good for me. I only sell shoes on there. I sell both on EBay

Ok wait a moment!!! Where is the Share ALL button!!! I'm new at this. I'm doing every listing individually please help I'm new at this.
Go to your closet, select the little wrench in the top right corner, choose any seller tools there but be careful with Share All as it will share your solds as well Lol.
You can hit the little filter and check off only available and it will not share solds
