Wise really needs to open up in Colombia. Instead of associating with Bancolombia, the worst bank in Colombia. And open up to other banks so its easier or even viable to use wise.
Hi Andres. We hear you. At the moment, you can send Colombian peso (COP) to personal Bancolombia bank accounts in Colombia. We're always working to expand our options. We'll be sure to update this article if this changes: wi.se/guidetocop so be sure to keep an eye out.
I have a question please Did wise recently increase the fees on credit/debit card transfers ? Previously my brother used to send me USD using his credit card and wise would only charge a 7$ fees but as of 3 weeks ago it increased to almost 50$ . Is this new ? Thanks !
Hey there, thanks for reaching out. Our commitment to low prices is as strong as ever. The rebalancing of our fees is to reflect the cost of each transaction so that you only pay for the services you use. Some of our fees went up as part of this but this shows us where we need to do more work to cut costs to bring the fees down even further in the future. Paying with a credit card or business card means you’ll be charged a higher fee - this is because it costs us more to process these payments. We'll always offer you multiple ways to pay for your transfer, and it’s often free to pay from your bank account or via Open Banking if you're in the UK. We’re always up front about our fees, so please feel free to check out our fee calculator page to see what you’d be charged if you paid with your card or with bank transfer: wi.se/ourfees If you have other questions, or need more help, please feel free to send us a PM on Facebook, Instagram, or X. We'd be happy to help however we can 💚
Hey there. Thanks for posting this question. Our goal is to send your money as fast as we can, but conversion, verification, checks and such can delay the payment a bit: wi.se/whymytransferistakinglonger. You should see the status of your payment from the app/web from under your active transfer. You can be sure that your money is always safe, and we’ll keep you updated by email.
Hello, can you tell me that we get cards from Wise Bank 3 times in a day, how many times can we use those cards or for how many days does that card last, those cards which we get daily 3 times
Hey there 👋 You can request a card up to 3 times a day if you wish but you dont have to, one card will actually expire after 5 years and can be used until then as much as you'd like.

Hi, I have a question, it possible to have an Card with different currencys, not for traveling, I receive different currencies, and I was wondering if it possible to have Euro as my main currency and the US Dollars as a secondary, it is possible?
Hey, there. You can hold difference currencies with your Wise card, because it's linked to your Wise balances. So if you receive money to your account, it'll be available to spend with your card as well. Now, did you mean you want to choose which currency your card spends from? If that's the case, then you can do this as well. But, you can't choose a primary and secondary balance. You'll need to choose only one currency to link to your card, or a few - But you can't put them in order. Hope that clarifies!
Hey there! At the moment we don't support balances in Peru, this means customers there can't use Wise to hold or receive money directly to their Wise account: wi.se/balanceavailability Customers in Peru can still use Wise to send money around the world, fast and cheap 🚀 You can learn more about this here: wi.se/howtosendmoney If you have any questions, feel free to reach out with a DM to any of our social media channels Facebook, Instagram or Twitter (X), we'll be happy to help.
