  • Happy New Year everyone. I started off 2021 chasing waterfalls. Hillary and I made the drive up to Dupont State Forest in NC as well as stopping at Caesar's Head State Park & Bald Rock here in SC. It was a beautiful, foggy morning, and I really hope y'all enjoy the images. I'd love to hear your thoughts down in the comments.

I think you made the right choice with the RB. I have an older version of the 65 mm, which I’m now inspired to take outdoors. And the 127 mm, which I’d recommend you try before the 180, especially for portraits. Happy new year to you both.

Thank you Bernard. The 127mm is most likely going to be the next lens I pick up. Happy new year to you, as well.

So great to see you back with the RB! Definitely my favorite camera. No matter what else I shoot with, I always find my way back to her.

Also sold my Pentax 67 and I kept my RB - I have that beautiful 65mm lens also as well as the 90 and 180. The Pentax 6x7 will be in the dustbin due to failed electronics and these beautiful machines will go on forever.

Nice. I had the 90mm on my old RB. Loved that lens, but I’m thinking of getting the 127mm or 180mm for portrait work this time.

Great vid/beautiful shots, as always! I've been in quite the creative funk lately, and seeing this, may have been what I needed to inspired me to dust off the ol' RB67 Pro S. I've mainly used it for portraits, but may have to reconsider and do more city/landscapes with it now. I definitely miss walking about with it too-as I always get stopped and asked about it, which doesn't bother me one bit, lol.

Exactly! It’s a great conversation piece. Can make getting photos pretty easy too. I find when people approach me to kick me out or something, they end up being interested and wanting to chat about the camera. Haha
