    I fully understand how ‘being on’ is exhausting. I have personal training clients and teach fitness classes and I’m always relieved at the end of the day when no one gets hurt and I can spend time by myself…then I get to wake up and do it again :D

    I discovered your channel a few weeks ago and binge watched almost all of your videos of the last 2ish years. And these kind of long, day in the lifes are my favorites! So I couldn‘t resist to watch this new video. Others watch trash tv, I watch your videos to switch off my brain as your life is so different from mine (and trash tv and insta often make me angry - so it is not so suitable for relaxing 😅) if someone asked me, you can drop this kind of videos every week 🤗 best wishes from Germany!

    Hi Justina! I I'd love to see you tackle the "skinny-fat" trend in a video. It can be really frustrating when the internet throws around these labels that tap into our insecurities, especially when we think we've made progress on body image.

    Your NYC videos are so fun! I live in a suburb of Atlanta where you have to literally drive everywhere you go so it's fun to see different ways of life! Also so sorry ppl were mean in some of your other videos.

    Your chin-ups are amazing, woah! I was so impressed! I remember when you used to say that you had a hard time doing more than one pull up...well, look at you now doing actual sets, you're strong strong, Justina! Love your vlogs, they're always very soothing to me for some reason. Also fun and interesting, obviously! Hope that home-made pizza turned out very good in the end!

    Thanks for taking us along! Fun video. Those pull ups are inspirational. I have a good deal of upper body strength so my husband bought me a pull up bar for my birthday, and I was pretty cocky about it. Well, got humbled real quick, let's just leave it at that LOL. But something to work toward for sure!

    Hi Justina, I like all your content - the reviews, the fitness-bs-on-tiktok-comments, workouts (joined FITT club at the beginning of this year). This video was somehow different, but also very entertaining. It's impressive, how organized you are. And your cat is a star - how old is she by the way?     Loved seeing the behind the scenes of your week! Really goes to show how much planning, time, and effort goes into everything in running your own business and doing content but definitely inspired to do the same one day!
    I would love to know what made you decide to pursue instructing fitness in the first place (IIRC from a previous video, you have a degree in something completely different - and I do too but I was thinking of looking into instructing group fitness/getting some certifications but not sure if I want to make that jump/time/money investment!)

    just one question: any tips on box jumps when it just seems super scary to not get stuck with the toes and fall over the box? (might or might not have happened :D)

      Start with a shorter box to build confidence! Maybe even 10-12 inches :)

    I enjoy these videos especially because I have a degree in broadcast & cinematic arts. It’s always been a cool hobby of mine that I took to college to. Unfortunately, that was not the path I was meant to take so, I don’t do it professionally and lost a lot of the knowledge I gained. 😂

    Love these longer vlogs as always. Are there particular tripods you'd recommend for filming on your phone? I realized recently that I should really start filming myself to see my own form, but my tripod is wonky as hell and barely wants to hold my phone lol.

    Hi Justina - do you base client homework on the amount of sessions per week, i.e. so clients get homework if they see you two / three times per week, or is that not the deciding factor?

    Can't relate... I do TH-cam. I have a crochet channel. And editing is like the worst part for me haha. So the fact that you edit for TH-cam and your programs and you don't seem to outsource ANYTHING blows my trucking mind lol. I do have kids and orders vs having actual clients to work with, but we essentially have very similar structures to our day and everything, but I don't love my admin work.

    Is it possible to do exercise videos that are beneficial for Menopausal Women who have put on fat all over the body and need to strengthen the muscles so we don't
    fall into all kinds of crazy videos who are talking loud but saying nothing.

      I would agree with Justina, there are all kinds of videos claiming amazing results during menopause or peri menopause which are misleading. Strength training 2/3 times a week 😅 is key
