Same problem thankfully my dad wrapped lil aluminum foil around the blown fuse after I replaced and blew like 2 fuse it worked thankfully

Olá amigo...vc teria o diagrama da e320 ano 1996...
Please show where is the alarm that you disconnected located at? I only see the box and plug but don’t know the location if alarm.

A mi me pasa que a veces funcuona y a veces la apertura con la llave y solo de cerca
I have a problem with my Mercedes’ c 300 2010 I press the lock button on the key and it locks all doors except the drivers side even when I push the button on the door the lock doesn’t go down or up on the driver side

Well if you can neither do it manually nor with the key, then it has to be something in the door catch mechanism at fault.
You forgot to tell people that there is a hot and cold side of the fuse when testing for the short.
