Soo glad to hear your wife is getting better. I can't Thank you for an absolutely amazing year of following your videos, i learn something new with every one and thoroughly entertained with everyone. Can't wait to see all the products coming up. Everyone keep yourselves and love ones safe and healthy and remember to SMILE 😊God Bless 🙏 Wishing everyone a very safe and Happy New Year 😊
When I got my Swallowtail, the 0.7 nozzle blocked the airflow. I emailed their customer service and they replied within 5 minutes. I'm looking forward to getting the replacement so I can try it out... Thanks for all the work you do to give us insight into painting, modeling and related tools, Robert!
I have a defibrillator implanted, and I wish it had a wireless charger. instead they have to take the whole thing out and replace it ever few years. its a 6-7" incision and the device is larger than a hockey puck
Glad to hear your relationship with Gaahleri has been so good! It is a shame to hear that developing chrome paints is prohibitively expensive, but I appreciate the amount of focus you've given to reviewing pretty much every one that is currently on the market.
Great news about your wife! Faith and confidence is rewarding! Some feedback on Gaahlari Swallowtail. After one use and cleaning, I discovered an air leak. Checked all my connections (so I thought) and determined my hose needed to be replaced. It is a few years old and I wanted to get the quick disconnect fitting for another airbrush anyway. Swapped the hose, connected the Swallowtail only to hear air hissing out again. I reached out to Gaahlari via email Friday at 4:30p, not expecting to hear back from them until Tuesday (writing this New Year's Day). To my surprise, there was a reply around 10 minutes with some troubleshooting tips. Zeta (from Gaahlari) asked for a breakdown on the unit with photos so they could review. Upon disassembly, I found the extension fitting in the handle had loosened when I was breaking it down from the first cleaning. I retightened the fitting and solved the problem. BUT, I want to give a shout out to Zeta and Gaahlari for the outstanding customer service! I love the Swallowtail's flexibility and ease of use. @Rex, I think you have a solid collab with them and look forward to upcoming projects with them. All the best for 2024!
It always amazes me when I see you show a new product that I found a use for and own a similar but different brand version. Hobbyists do think alike. Great year, Great videos! Here's to many more from you in 2024.
Thanks Rex. I am glad your wife is recovering. Please consider future airbrush releases with grips. As an older person with a tremor I find that style of brush easier to use with better and less frustrating results. Happy New Year!
See Gaahleri is sold out of the Swallowtail, but working to deliver a 2nd batch. U can sign up on their website 2 be notified when it’s available. The only thing they didn’t show was the price?
Hope your wife has a speedy recovery through 2024, thank you for all the tests this year, can't wait to see what 2024 will bring us and see all the amazing content you will produce for us to enjoy and learn from.
The fan cap is sold out. As was your version of the Swallowtail when I went to buy them. I ended buying the Studio G version. I tried it out today, had no issues. Sprayed great.
Thank you for all your support this year. You have helped me make good decisions on buying supplies and mixing paint. Cant wait for your airbrush to come in! 🎉🎉 Cheers 🎉🎉
Im very glad that your wife is doing better..... The fan cap is a must for me and my barbatos rex swallow tail will be here for my birthday.... And the fan cap I will get when its back in stock. I like my pro con Boy 290 with fan cap .5... So the swallow tail should make me very happy... Happy new year and continued success in 2024!
Great year past, thanks for all you do. Happy New Year 2024 will be another great year for you and your channel. Glad to hear your wife is doing well. 🎉
Your a great teacher Rex. I started airbrushing in april this year, and it was a real struggle. Lots of times i wanted to ditch airbrushing. I found your channel in november and i've learned more about airbrushing, bought a booth, and a new airbrush in that time, and my models have benefited so much because of it. Looking forward to what you will do in 2024
Thank you for doing some of the most informative videos on modeling, especially painting. I would like to see you do some videos on auto car model reviews. Especially on how to customize the models. I am glad your wife is doing better. I wish the both of you a prosperous 2024.
Mr. BR, glad to hear your wife is recovering. Great channel, enjoy you do, i appreciate your honest assessment of products and their price point. Have purchased a number of items you reviewed. I strayed airbrushing almost 20 years ago, with a bader 200 siphon feed, single action and canned air, feel in love with airbrushing instantly. This year i moved up to a double action, even though it was an amazon cheap brush, it worked pretty well. I now have two of the Gaalheria double action, trigger guns, including the BR swallow tail. My airbrushing is now ten times better. My aircraft models, figues, military vehicles look like the real thing. Thanks to man. Can't wait for what you bring ti the channel in 2024. And that 100,000 sub, milestone is just around the corner.
Good to hear that your wife is doing better. Thank you so much for all you’ve done for me and the modeling community. Continued success in the coming New Year!
Hi to Mr and Mrs Barbatos Rex Sending you and your family a heart felt happy new year to you all. I also send you Rex and your wife and family my heart felt prayers for you all to be healthy and well as we all start our new year 2024. All the best to everyone who is a subscriber and may all have a good and prosperous start to the year 2024.
Happy New Year my friend. So glad to hear your wife is on the mend! We’ll be praying for her speedy recovery! I love watching your vids and learn something new every single time. Sincerely looking forward to next year!
Glad to hear your wife is doing better. I know the struggle as I went thru hand surgery in Sept. It's been rough I could only imagine a leg! Great videos! Great products!
Man, I bought an airbrush and all like a month ago, your videos have helped me enormously, not only to know what to pick, but also to actually successfully spraying my first kit, I gotta tell you, I'm spraying for first time and the finishes I'm getting are smooth as butter. Really appreciate the work and time you take to reviews products and also how to use them, mix ratios , techniques and such, really good stuff along with the examples and test on the videos, love the way you lay it down for us. Much love to you and your loved ones, keep it up and thank you!!!
Hello Robert! I want to thank you for all of your hard work with the material you introduced to the modelling community. I think I'm a better modeler because of you. I have a better understanding for airbrushes, spray booths and especially paints. I mentioned that I'm a better modeler because of you, truth be known, I'm a better person because of you. The kindness you show the modelling community is overwhelming, your knowledge when it comes to paint is impressive, and I learned from all of that. May all of your wishes, hopes and dreams come true for you and your wife in 2024. Thank you so much for ALL you do.
Glad your wife is healing! Glad your channel enjoyed success this year as well. Yours is one of the gunpla channels that helped me be brave enough to get into airbrushing and I’m halfway through painting my first kit. I’ve already learned a ton. I even picked up a few of the products you reviewed! Keep up the good work and I hope God continues to bless you and your family in the new year! 🎉
What a great year of products. Thank you for all the valuable information. You are a great asset to the hobby community! I look forward to an amazing 2024 with you! Aloha and Mahalo Mucho!
Judy must have a spinal cord stimulator. I had one several years ago (Medtronic) and it worked for a while. It never blocked 100 percent of my pain, but it helped. I just comp[eted the trial for a one that is high frequency (Nervo) and it did not help me at all. I hope Judy gets pain relief from hers. Robert, wish you a wonderful new year. BTW, absolutely loving my Swallowtail. I have 12 airbrushes including some Harder & Steenbecks. The build quality of the Swallowtail is up there with my Steenbecks that cost three times more. I look forward to receive the new .3mm Mobius on Tuesday.
Thanks for the reviews Robert. I added the air cleaner gun to my cart. I'm not impressed with the Swallowtail Fancap though. The fancap for the PS-290 seems to provide a better coverage (water based acrylics) and less tip dry/clogging. But the .5 and .7 needles on the Swallowtail work very well. Haven't tried the .28 needle yet. IMO, the best product review and item you've shown would have to be the 4e paint shaker. What a time saver. I wish and your family the best and hope the new year brings you prosperity. I'm also happy that your wife is coming along nicely. Take care ... OB
Happy New Year 🎉🎉 to you and the family Robert. Glad to hear your other half is well on the mend now and hope 2024 is better for her. Thanks for all the work, time, effort, and in the end, your own money that you put into this. It is tempting to be "sponsored" but as you say, you lose objective opinion whether you like it or not. Thanks again.
Rex, sometime ago you pointed out the use of a paint cup mounted on either top left or right side so one could look down the center middle without the obstruction of paint cup tight smack dab of view from backside to front discharge that maybe another point on passing on to new developments of airbrush design, I hope I trigger your memory and your vommrnts about bring in the way. Always enjoy you lessons the best show streaming 🫣🤪
Hi Robert. Glad your wife is on the mend. Love your videos and commitment to model making. One small criticism..... Your costing me a fortune with new items you show lol. All the best for you and your wife in 2024 and all crafters.
Hey Rex! I just got back into models, minis and gunpla after like 20 years. I'm 32 and most of my stuff is from when I was in middle school. Do you ever do events or hobby nights at a local store to meet others and talk about the hobby? I'm in CT, so definitely near by somewhere. Ive been going to my local store ; Time Machine Hobby in Manchester, CT my whole life.
I am glad to hear about your wife's recovery! It's been a wild year. Particularly with bringing a trigger airbrush that is high functioning at a competitive price into the market. Can not forget to mention your 2k and panel liners. This success is much deserved, you have helped many people with your reviews. Your words carry weight. We appreciate what you do. Also I absolutely can not wait for those new aqueous metallics review😁 May you and your family have continued health and prosperity in 2024, Happy new year!🎉
Robert, glad to hear that your wife is doing so well. I’m glad to hear that you don’t promote what cannot be had on the market. I enjoy your enthusiasm and your excitement on some of the products that you test, or recommend…. Thank you.
Happy New Year Robert to you and your wife. Hopefully your wife continues to recover. I got my Gaahleri GHAD-39 in the mail the other week. Today my new RC car showed up. Tomorrow I plan to order the compressor so I can actually paint the new car, and another one I'm in the middle of building. I also picked up one of the other shelving units you had recommended previously( the interlocking wooden one). I also am going to look into the rechargeable air duster. That looks like a great idea. All of this is to say that I think the reason you have good viewers is because you are good to them. If you were sitting at home suggesting we buy crap, none of us would be here. Add in the joy and excitement you bring to the hobby and you have an unbeatable formula. It's like watching a kid on Christmas opening up new and exciting presents every video. Every product is a new step in discovering the world of model painting. Heck, I'm not even a model builder really, or even a an air brush painter yet, and you've already got me to buy about 5-6 different products, probably more. Anywho, keep doing what you are doing and I'll keep watching and maybe eventually I'll get to tell you I painted something. Have a wonderful New Year!
Happy New Year Robert, me and my son we were watching your video and I told him that you are a fan of classic 70s anime...Just like me, anime like UFO Robo Grendizer, he was wondering how old are you cause I'll be 55 years old at the end of the month just to see the difference 😉
SMS quickly became my favorites paint. They spray so nice, better than any other company I've tried so far. I can't explain it but just the way it sprays out of the airbrush is so good. It lays down great, too.

Wow, my girl back was mess up. The path where the nerve is in the spine begin to shrink. They had to cut some bone and fuse. Then somehow her Bicep started to tear.

Cerakote - “Sarah Coat”

My swallowtail is supposed to get here Thursday. I am very excited.
You should be 😀

I think oil based compressors which are really quiet would be good and they should expand their paints.

Happy New Year, Robert and family.
Looks like you need a grabber to reach the corner stored paint cans.
I don't think I've seen you in front of the camera as much as you've been this year. Good to hear that your wife is still recovering. 👍

Blessings to u and your wife!...
Also I absolutely can not wait for those new aqueous metallics review😁
May you and your family have continued health and prosperity in 2024, Happy new year!🎉
Happy New Year wish you and your wife a great year. Thank you for all the great info this past year. Learned a lot
Robert, glad to hear that your wife is doing so well. I’m glad to hear that you don’t promote what cannot be had on the market. I enjoy your enthusiasm and your excitement on some of the products that you test, or recommend…. Thank you.
Happy New Years! Picked up a couple of these products on your reviews, looking forward to your videos in the new year.
Happy New Year! You've slowly got me into this hobby purely because of your energy about all these fun things!
Happy New Year Robert! Looking forward to more reviews in 2024!
Happy New Year Robert, me and my son we were watching your video and I told him that you are a fan of classic 70s anime...Just like me, anime like UFO Robo Grendizer, he was wondering how old are you cause I'll be 55 years old at the end of the month just to see the difference 😉
Happy new year Robert! Can’t wait to see what you do this year
SMS quickly became my favorites paint. They spray so nice, better than any other company I've tried so far. I can't explain it but just the way it sprays out of the airbrush is so good. It lays down great, too.
